Ideal candidate 

  • 9+ years experience (with recent years of experience being engineering manager or staff engineer)
  • Strong competencies in software design & architecture along with a deeper understanding of the scalability of distributed systems
  • Experienced in agile methodologies
  • Ability to own things with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good at stakeholder management
  • Good working knowledge on backend technologies like Java, spring boot, MYSQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis
