Ideal candidate
- 9+ years experience (with recent years of experience being engineering manager or staff engineer)
- Strong competencies in software design & architecture along with a deeper understanding of the scalability of distributed systems
- Experienced in agile methodologies
- Ability to own things with entrepreneurial mindset
- Good at stakeholder management
- Good working knowledge on backend technologies like Java, spring boot, MYSQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis
